Art Deco Carvacraft butterscotch bakelite desk pad

We love the Art Deco Carvacraft desk items. This one is a desk pad.

Made in the Art Deco period in butterscotch bakelite the sides of the pad have the stepped/ridged design typical of these Carvacraft desk pieces.
The central section of the curved top is on a spring so that it can be lifted to insert and remove the pad.
The base is signed "Carvacraft A Dickinson Product" and has the logo of a pair of hands holding a mallet & chisel.
